Curry Meatballs is a variation of curry fish balls, a street food that originated in Hong Kong. It was founded in 2022 at Barras Market in Glasgow, Scotland, and is sold at the roadside cooked food stall Fish Ball Revolution. Meatballs were originally made with meat and potato flour, but after being soaked in curry sauce and cooked together, the meatballs have a spicy curry taste and become delicious. You can add some hoisin sauce or chili sauce according to your preference before eating. It became a Scottish delicacy.
